Tajikistan

The national flag of Tajikistan (Tajik: Парчами Тоҷикистон / Parçami Tojikiston / پَرچَمِ تاجِیکِستان) was adopted in November 1992, replacing the flag of the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic of 1953. The flag is a horizontal tricolor of red, white and green, with a yellow crown surmounted by an arc of seven stars at the centre. It has a width ratio of 2:3:2. The tricolor preserves the choice of colors in the former Tajik Soviet flag, as well as the 1:2 proportions. The flag of Tajikistan is a tricolour of red, white, and green. The red represents the unity of the nation as well as victory and sunrise. The red also serves as symbolism of the former Russian and Soviet eras, the workers, and the warriors who sacrificed their lives to protect the land. The white represents purity, morality, the snow and ice of the mountains, and cotton. The green represents the bountiful generosity of nature, fertile valleys, the religion of Islam, and the celebration of Novruz. Other interpretations of the colours state that the flag symbolically unifies the people of Tajik society, with the red stripe representing the manual labour class, the white stripe representing the intellectual worker class, and the green representing the agricultural class living in Tajikistan's rural or mountainous regions. Thailand

The flag of Thailand (Thai: ธงไตรรงค์; RTGS: thong trai rong, meaning 'tricolour flag') shows five horizontal stripes in the colours red, white, blue, white and red, with the central blue stripe being twice as wide as each of the other four. The design was adopted on 28 September 1917, according to the royal decree issued by Rama VI. Since 2016, that day is a national day of importance in Thailand celebrating the flag. The colours are said to stand for nation-religion-king, an unofficial motto of Thailand, red for the land and people, white for religions and blue for the monarchy, the last having been the auspicious colour of Rama VI. Turkmenistan

The flag of Turkmenistan (Turkmen: Türkmenistanyň baýdagy) features a white crescent (symbol of Islam) and five stars representing the five regions of the country and the Five Pillars of Islam. Placed upon a green field is a symbolic representation of the country's famous carpet industry. It was introduced as the flag of Turkmenistan on 27 September 1992 to replace the Soviet-era flag which consisted of a red background with two light blue bars in the middle. The modified version with a 2:3 ratio was adopted on 23 January 2001. State Flag and Constitution Day is celebrated on 18 May. It features a green field with a vertical red stripe near the hoist side, containing five carpet guls (designs used in producing rugs) stacked above two crossed olive branches similar to those on the flag of the United Nations; a white waxing crescent moon, typical of Turkic and Islamic symbology, and five white five-pointed stars appear in the upper corner of the field just to the fly side of the red stripe. The green and red colors appear in this flag because they have been venerated historically by the Turkmen. The waxing crescent moon symbolizes the hope of the country for a shining future and the stars represent the five provinces (welayatlar) of Turkmenistan: Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary. United Arab Emirates

The national flag of the United Arab Emirates (Arabic: علم دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة) contains the Pan-Arab colors red, green, white, and black. It was designed in 1971 by Abdullah Mohammed Al Maainah, who was 19 years old at that time, and was adopted on 2 December 1971. The main theme of the flag's four colors is the unity of Arab nations. In 2008, there was a minor change to the Emblem. Merchant ships may fly the alternative civil ensign, a red flag with the national flag in the canton. Uzbekistan

The flag of Uzbekistan (Uzbek: Oʻzbekiston davlat bayrogʻi / Ўзбекистон Республикасининг давлат байроғи) consists of three horizontal azure, white and green bands separated by two thin red fimbriations, with a crescent moon and twelve stars at the canton. Adopted in 1991 to replace the flag of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (SSR), it has been the flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan since the country gained independence in that same year. The design of the present flag was partly inspired by the former one. The azure colour on the flag is a symbol of blue sky and clear water. Azure is also the colour of the Turkic peoples. White is the traditional Uzbek symbol of peace and good luck. Green is a symbol of nature, new life, and good harvest. The red fimbriation represent the power of life. The image of the crescent moon is connected with Uzbek historical image (a symbol of the Uzbek traditional religion, Islam) as well as being a symbol of the birth of a new nation. The stars represent spirituality and divinity, as well as an allusion to Uzbek historical tradition and calendar, the 12 stars on the flag are arranged in such a way that visually they form the inscription Allah in Arabic script. Vietnam

The flag of Vietnam, officially the National Flag of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnamese: Quốc kỳ nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam), or cờ đỏ sao vàng (lit. 'red flag with a golden star'), also cờ Tổ quốc (lit. 'flag of Fatherland'), was designed in 1940 and used during an uprising against the French in southern Vietnam that year. The red background symbolizes revolution and bloodshed. The golden star represents the five main classes in Vietnamese society — intellectuals, farmers, workers, entrepreneurs, and soldiers. Yemen

The flag of Yemen (Arabic: علم اليمن Alam al-Yaman) was adopted on May 22, 1990, the day that North Yemen and South Yemen were unified. The flag is essentially the Arab Liberation Flag of 1952, introduced after the Egyptian Revolution of 1952 in which Arab nationalism was a dominant theme. The Arab Liberation Flag of 1952 served as the inspiration for the flags of both North and South Yemen prior to unification, as well as for the current flags of Egypt, Iraq, Sudan, Palestine and Syria. According to the official description, the red stands for unity and the bloodshed of martyrs, the white for a bright future, and the black for the supposed dark past. In Malaysia gibt es gelbe und weiße Linien zum Begrenzen der Fahrbahnen. Was bedeutet eine weiße Linie und eine gelbe Linie im Zusammenhang mit dem Halten/Parken eines Autos. innerhalb einer Ortschaft?

An sich ganz hilfreich, aber bei einem so sensiblen Thema die Texte dermaßen schlecht zu übersetzen, geht gar nicht! Die Antwortmöglichkeiten sind so verwirrend geschrieben, daß ich teilweise nicht wußte, was gemeint war, und dementsprechend Fehler kassiert habe. Ich biete mich hiermit an, die Übersetzungen zu überarbeiten.

Liebe Parker und ParkerINNEN, die elektronische Parkscheibe oder Parkuhr ist so viel ich weiss, seit 2005 zugelassenen und doch zahlen wir lieber die Knöllchen zwischen 25 und über 40 EURO und ärgert sich ein Weilchen darüber. Ich bin nach der letzten Zahlung von 42 Euro endlich dem Rat unseres Dorfpolizisten gefolgt und habe mir eine elektronische Parkscheibe ins Auto geklebt. Die Uhr zeigt die Ankunftszeit beim Halt an der Parkstelle nach 20 Sekunden an. Ankunft 9:55=10:00 Uhr Ankunft 10:12=10:30 Uhr vor Ankunft 10:26=10:30 Uhr Ankunft 10:34=11:00 Uhr genau so soll man ja ďa gewohnte Parkscheibe auch einstellen Übrigens, die Kennzeichen am Auto sind heutzutage nicht mehr gegen Diebstahl gesichert, es ist ratsam die Teile mit Schrauben oder Nieten zu befestigen. Ich spreche aus leidvoller Erfahrung. MfG Günter Arlt

Auf Teneriffa ist es so, wenn die Markierungen schräg aufgezeichnet sind, dann muss Rückwärts eingeparkt werden. Sonst wird es mit bis zu 90,00€ geahndet.
